Experience The Power of Touch

Cupping Therapy

30 Mins – $45 | 60 Mins – $75 | 90 Mins – $110

Cupping aids the body by creating suction and negative pressure, it releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins, loosens adhesion, lifts connective tissue, and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles of the body. Myofascial release is direct, and correct application addresses a myriad of debilitating and stubborn conditions. Restructuring of muscular tissue is possible with cumulative treatments. This is an absolute must for serious complaints needing deep tissue massage. This therapy has been practiced for centuries. Cupping has been shown to be highly effective for sports conditioning and rehabilitation massage. Remarkably effective for many concerns such as muscle & joint injuries, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, sluggish colon, scar tissue, sciatica, insomnia, inflammation, cellulite, poor circulation and many more.

Myofascial Release Therapy

60 Mins – $75 | 90 Mins – $110

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests.

Neuromuscular Therapy

30 Mins – $45 | 60 Mins – $75 | 90 Mins – $110

Neuromuscular therapy is a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat the underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems of the body. This medically-oriented form of massage addresses trigger points (tender muscles points), circulation, nerve compression, postural issues, and bio-mechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.

Sports Massage

30 Mins – $45 | 60 Mins – $75 | 90 Mins – $110

Sports massage is a form of bodywork therapy geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent sports injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries quicker. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.

Youth Sports Massage

$45 Per Session | 6 Sessions $225

For ages 8 to 17 years old (18 still receives the reduced rate if still in high school) Therapeutic sports massage is not luxury for developing athletes; it’s a necessity.  Young Athletes are working harder to perform at higher levels and there has been a significant increase in serious injuries. Young developing bodies differ from adults, for example as children and adolescent athletes growing muscles are constantly being stretched; overstretching can result in serious damage. Overtraining can cause tight muscles and tight muscles are more vulnerable to injury.  As a soft-tissue specialist we are trained to assess the condition of an athlete’s muscles, improve circulation which increases the flow of oxygen & removes excess water products.  When muscles are functioning properly the likelihood of sprains, strains, and repetitive motion injuries is significantly reduced.
